What is NexaLink?
NexaLink is three apps in one: a digital business card builder, an AI-powered card scanner, and a lightweight CRM. Create your card, scan paper cards at events, and manage every contact from a single platform — on iOS and Android.
Is NexaLink free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 digital card, basic templates, QR code sharing, and 10 card scans per month — with no time limit. The Pro Bundle ($5.99/month) unlocks unlimited cards, NFC sharing, unlimited scans, analytics, and premium features.
What devices does NexaLink support?
The app runs on iOS (iPhone 12 and newer) and Android (8.0+). Recipients don't need the app — your card opens as a mobile-optimized webpage in any browser.
Do recipients need the NexaLink app?
No. When someone scans your QR code, receives your NFC tap, or clicks your link, your card opens in their browser. They can save your contact directly — no download required.
Digital Business Cards
How do I create a digital business card?
Download NexaLink, sign up, and follow the guided setup. Pick a template, add your photo, contact details, and social links. You can share your card in under two minutes.
Can I have multiple cards?
Free users get 1 card. Pro users can create unlimited cards — useful if you have separate roles, a side business, or want a personal card alongside your work card.
How do I share my card?
Five ways: QR code (they scan it), NFC tap (Pro, phone-to-phone), direct link (text or email), Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet. Pick whichever fits the moment.
Can I update my card after sharing it?
Yes. Change your title, phone number, or company and every recipient sees the update instantly. No reprints, no re-sharing — one card, always current.
What information can I include?
Name, title, company, photo, logo, phone, email, website, address, and social links (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and more). Pro users can also add custom fields for anything else.

How accurate is the scanner?
Our AI-powered OCR achieves 95%+ accuracy on clearly printed cards. You can review and edit every field before saving, so your contact list stays clean.
How many cards can I scan?
10 per month on the free plan. Pro users get unlimited scans — built for conferences where you might collect dozens of cards in a single session.
Where do scanned contacts go?
Straight into your NexaLink CRM. From there you can add notes, set follow-up reminders, tag contacts, or export them to your phone's address book.
Can I scan cards in bulk?
Yes. Point your camera at one card after another — the app queues and processes them in sequence so you can capture an entire stack without waiting between scans.
CRM & Follow-Ups
What CRM features are included?
Tags, groups, per-contact notes, follow-up reminders, interaction history, contact scoring, search and filtering, and two-way sync with your phone's contacts.
Can I import existing contacts?
Yes. Import from your phone's address book on any plan. Pro users can also import via CSV, making it easy to migrate from another CRM or spreadsheet.
How do follow-up reminders work?
Open any contact, set a reminder date, and NexaLink sends you a notification when it's time to reach out. Pro users also get AI-suggested follow-up timing based on interaction patterns.
NFC & Sharing
Does NexaLink support NFC?
Yes. NFC tap-to-share is available on the Pro plan. Your phone's built-in NFC does all the work — tap phones together and your card opens in their browser. No physical NFC card or tag required.
Which phones support NFC sharing?
Most smartphones since 2015, including iPhone 7+ and nearly all mid-range and flagship Android devices. If your phone supports contactless payments, it supports NFC sharing.
Pricing & Plans
What's included in the free plan?
1 digital card, basic templates, QR code sharing, 10 scans/month, and basic contact management. Free forever — no credit card, no trial expiration.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited cards, all premium templates, NFC sharing, unlimited scans, advanced CRM, analytics dashboard, custom fields, and priority support — starting at $5.99/month.
Is there a team plan?
Yes. The Premium Bundle ($8.99/user/month) adds team management, branded templates, shared contacts, an admin dashboard, and API access on top of everything in Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and your plan reverts to free at the end of the billing cycle. Your card stays active with free-plan limits — no data is deleted.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We never sell personal information to third parties. Your contacts and card data belong to you.
Who can see my card analytics?
Only you. Analytics show aggregate data — total views, view dates, and device types. You won't see personally identifiable viewer information unless they choose to save your card and share their details.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your cards, contacts, and analytics from our servers. The process is immediate and irreversible.
