Our Story
NexaLink comes from WebMobi — an AI-powered event management platform that has powered thousands of conferences, trade shows, and corporate events globally since 2011. WebMobi helps organizers build event websites, manage registrations, run check-ins, and engage attendees — all from a single platform.
After years of watching event attendees exchange paper business cards — only to lose them by the end of the day — we saw a clear gap. Professionals needed a way to share contact info instantly, capture leads digitally, and follow up without manual data entry. The tools that existed were fragmented: one app for digital cards, another for scanning, yet another for CRM.
In 2022, we launched NexaLink — a single platform that combines all three: a Digital Business Card you create once and share everywhere, a Business Card Scanner that uses AI to digitize paper cards with 99% accuracy, and a Professional CRM with AI-powered follow-up reminders and relationship scoring.

Sachin is an IIT Kanpur alumnus with an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He started his career as a software engineer at Hughes Software and Tata, then moved into product management at Motorola and Sony — building products used by millions. After working with Bay Area startups, he saw a gap in mobile technology and founded WebMobi in 2011, growing it into a global AI-powered event platform powering thousands of conferences and corporate events. With NexaLink, he's applying that same product and event-industry expertise to solve professional networking at scale.
